The short version

You do not need an account, and the site does not ask for your name, email address or location. Searches and filters on the Explore page run in your own browser and are not sent to us.

Server logs

Like almost every website, the hosting server automatically records basic technical details of each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and referring page. These logs are kept by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting and are not used to identify you.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies, and no advertising or tracking cookies are in use.

Analytics

No analytics service is in use.

Advertising

No advertising is running yet. The site plans to show labelled ads to fund its running costs; before that starts, this page will name the provider, what it collects and how to opt out.

Emails

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and to fix any error you report.

Children

The site is a general information resource and does not knowingly collect information from children.
